We are working diligently to provide you with the revamped website. We have experienced a few technical issues that we are working at this time. Please be patient while we resolve these issues.
Some NEW enhancements will include:
I. RSS Feeds
Information format used to publish frequently updated content such as news headlines or podcast. This makes it possible for our more technical viewers to keep up with the church web site in an automated manner that's easier than checking them manually.
II. The Sermons Page
Updated to a new format that will make it easier to distribute selected sermons from various ministers and categorize them according to content and message. Sermon files can be uploaded and associated as follows:
• Speaker Name
• Photo
• Message Introduction
• Biography
• Series Name and Description
• Sermon Title
• References
• Notes
• Length of play time
• Date of Sermon
• Sermon Number
III. Church Location
This page which will allow anyone to locate a House of God Church wherever established will also include a map of each churches location.
Future enhancements will include the capability to get driving directions to that location. This will also include the name of the Pastor, Assistant Pastor, and Chairmen Deacon for that location. From this page you will also be able to send an email to the above individuals.
IV. Church Guestbook
The site will be returning with a new format and secured database. This prevents unknown individuals from posting inappropriate information or material to the guestbook. Access to post to the guestbook will be on a registration basis. This alone does not prevent guest from being able to post. It just means that the guestbook moderator will view the message from the queue before it is posted for viewing.
V. Online Book Store
Our newest addition will offer a complete e-Commerce shopping cart solution which will allow members and guest to purchase literature, videos, CD’s, blessed oil, etc and have it processes and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will be able to shop using credit card, paypal (www.paypal.com), google checkout (http://checkout.google.com), etc. This bookstore can handle an unlimited Number of Categories, Products, Orders, Discounts, Shopper Groups and Customers.

VI. Events Calendar
An upcoming events component which Feature highlights such as Event and Category import from ExtCalendar, for event creation/management, WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) event descriptions, and management, back-end event management. It can even notify you via email when a new event has been added once you subscribe to the rss feed.
